Broadway Live in London

We all cer­tain­ly felt the love last Wednes­day night as The Roy­al Phil­har­mon­ic Orches­tra per­formed a breath-tak­ing ode to the best music from the musicals. 

Con­duct­ed by leg­endary David Fir­man, The Roy­al Phil­har­mon­ic Orches­tra encap­su­lat­ed the pow­er­ful force of Broad­way in one spell-bind­ing evening.

The per­for­mance was pre­sent­ed by Olivi­er nom­i­nee Clive Rowe, who gave a show stop­ping ren­di­tion of Chicago’s ‘Mr Cel­lo­phane’ in between his hilar­i­ous and heart-warm­ing dia­logue.   As well as star­ring West End’s Ker­ry Ellis, Michael Xavier, Rachel John and Ben Forster, the RPO per­formed with daz­zling ener­gy and vibrant soul-reach­ing spirit. 

The Roy­al Albert Hall expe­ri­enced an abun­dance of joy of live music as peo­ple of all ages stomped along to The Time Warp finale. An incred­i­ble evening. Do explore the RPO’s new sea­son of con­certs – and expe­ri­ence the joy of live music this Autumn.
